Objectives are required to be turned in to your local school district each August, but there are no real requirements. otherwise. My advice, and advice I've gotten from families, is to keep them general and vague. Some families don't even change them from year to year! Objectives aren't judged against anything at all.
In links below I have included "regular" objectives and objectives for those who have IEPs.
Download them, add your info and the school year, and you are all set!
The Pennsylvania Department of Education requires that supervisors of homeschooled students submit either an affidavit or an unsworn declaration yearly. An affidavit requires notarization (that I can provide!) while an unsworn declaration does not. Below are a few examples that you can use! Pick whichever ones works the best for you and your family!
The Pennsylvania Department of Education has an easy to use, and official, diploma online that you can modify and have printed for graduation. A transcript is often also required for post-secondary education acceptance and yearly evaluation to be turned in to your home district. As an evaluator, I am able to sign this diploma for you as well.
